EMPLOYMENT
Red Fox Casino is proud to offer a drug free work environment
All applicants considered for employment must successfully pass a pre-employment
drug screening. Should an applicant test positive on screening, they must wait 90-days before being eligible to resubmit an employment application and will be required to pay for drug screening.
A background investigation is required on each applicant who wishes to work for the Red Fox Casino. The purpose of this investigation is to determine eligibility for obtaining a gaming license, which is required for employment with the Casino. There is a fee of $150.00 for a Class A and Class B gaming license. This fee will be deducted from your paycheck should you be hired.
Class A positions include:
Slot Attendant, Cage Cashier, Drop/Count Team, Vault, Security and Key Administrative positions.
Class B positions include:
Café, Housekeeping, and Yard/Maintenance.
The following factors will determine if you are eligible for employment:
Felony Convictions
- Persons arrested for or convicted of any felony are not eligible for a Class A gaming license.
- No felony convictions for any theft-related crimes, crimes of violence, sex crimes, or perjury will ever be eligible for a Class A or Class
B gaming license.
- No felony conviction of any kind within the past 10 years will be eligible for a class B gaming license.
- Felony convictions over 10 years old, and for crimes not identified above, may be considered on a case-by-case basis for a Class B gaming license.
Misdemeanor Convictions
- Misdemeanor convictions for theft or other crimes of moral turpitude will not be eligible for a Class A or Class B gaming license. Convictions for other misdemeanor crimes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Contact the Cahto Gaming Commission at (707) 984-6800 if you have any questions about the background process or about arrests or convictions.
